3. Free Assessment Tool
The assessment tool and generated reports are provided for informational purposes only. The savings estimates, time calculations, and recommendations are based on general industry data and the information you provide, and should be treated as indicative rather than guaranteed. Actual results will vary depending on your specific business circumstances.
4. Paid Services
Our paid services (Starter, Growth, and Scale plans) are provided under separate service agreements. Pricing is as displayed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice. All plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. You may cancel at any time.
5. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information when using our assessment tool, maintaining the security of any accounts or tools we set up for you, and ensuring you have the necessary licences and permissions for your trade.
6. Intellectual Property
The content, design, and code of tradie-ai.com.au are owned by TradeAI Hub. Your business data remains your property at all times. Any reports generated for you are yours to keep and use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, TradeAI Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
